At Salon Montage Studio, we value both your time and ours. To ensure the best experience for every client, we kindly ask that you respect the following policies: Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance with no charge. Cancellations made within 48–12 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment or no call/no shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full service experience. Arrivals 15 minutes or more late may result in your appointment being cancelled and you will be charged 50% of the service fee. Refunds We do not provide refunds for services. These policies are in place to protect our time and ensure fairness to all of our clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
